Scarratt and Martyn is an RIBA Chartered Practice that has been designing buildings of all sizes and types throughout Devon and Cornwall since 1992. From our office in West Devon we are especially well placed to deal with projects in Tavistock, Okehampton, and Launceston; but the geographical spread of our work is much wider, taking in the whole of the South Hams, the Dartmoor National Park, Caradon, and the North Devon and Cornwall coast.
